About Me

Fabricating the future,
one wafer at a time.

I'm a dual-degree M.Tech student in Semiconductor Technology at the Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore) and National Taiwan University, with a background in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from NIT Durgapur.

My research interests lie in 2D materials, advanced device architectures, and process integration — from thin-film deposition and lithography to characterization and yield analysis. I've worked hands-on in ISO-certified cleanrooms across India and Taiwan.

Outside the fab, I'm driven by the challenge of pushing beyond Moore's Law — whether through 3D IC stacking, novel TCO materials, or exploring next-generation interconnect solutions.

Optimization of SnO₂ Thin-Film for TCO Applications
Deposited SnO₂ thin films on quartz substrates via sputtering. Investigated the effect of RF power and gas partial pressure to optimize deposition conditions for transparent conductive oxide performance and film quality.

3D Integration
Wafer-to-Wafer Bonding for 3D IC Integration
Analyzed W2W bonding processes focusing on alignment, interface quality, stress, and yield. Compared with flip-chip and die-to-wafer techniques, demonstrating how 3D stacking overcomes interconnect scaling limits beyond Moore's Law.
