M.Tech candidate at IISc–NTU. Building next-gen devices at the intersection of 2D materials, nanoelectronics, and cleanroom fabrication.
I'm a dual-degree M.Tech student in Semiconductor Technology at the Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore) and National Taiwan University, with a background in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from NIT Durgapur.
My research interests lie in 2D materials, advanced device architectures, and process integration — from thin-film deposition and lithography to characterization and yield analysis. I've worked hands-on in ISO-certified cleanrooms across India and Taiwan.
Outside the fab, I'm driven by the challenge of pushing beyond Moore's Law — whether through 3D IC stacking, novel TCO materials, or exploring next-generation interconnect solutions.
Seeking Summer 2026 research internships (May–July) in nanoelectronics, 2D materials, or advanced semiconductor devices. Open to collaborations worldwide.
